The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Manage associates in the team to support all strategic initiatives for pickup and delivery tasks (First mile and Last mile) in Shopee Express
- Help assistant manager to manage 4PL volume and collaborate with daily core operation team to facilitate the smooth handover to other logistic companies
- Become SWAT team for SPX once required
- Analyse, monitor and drive all special projects in SPX to ensure all project run smoothly
- Initiate and help implement new ideas to develop strategic projects in multiple areas
- Analyse gathered information to form a hypothesis of areas of improvement and how to fix
- Manage all stakeholders related to projects e.g. operation, procurement, and finance to have same understanding about their tasks of specific projects
- Break down activities and work hand in hand with PMO and core operation team
- Conduct daily catch up with all team members
- Coordinate / collaborate with teams inside and outside shopee express
- Follow up feedbacks of the launched projects and adjust plans to best serve with the actual situations
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- People management skills and have experience taking care of a team is as advantageous
- Good team player
- Be able to fit in with fast pace culture
- Street smart and down to earth
- Committed, result oriented, willing to go extra miles for goal achievement
- Like challenging goals and fun environment
- Essential cross-functional working skills with strong analytical thinking, initiative and results-driven
- Can do attitude, ability to work under pressure
