The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Work closely with the Head of Quality Assurance to plan, create, and manage the overall process documentation framework
- Ensure that standard conventions and tools are used in the documentation of processes, such as policies, checklists, forms, process maps, and etc
- Monitor the availability of process documents on a recurring basis to ensure that they are up-to-date for the organisation's use by the relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with the Head of Quality Assurance to plan, create, and manage the overall operational excellence framework and management strategy
- Conduct key process input variables understanding, statistical data analysis, opportunities for improvement, and proposed appropriate resolutions
- Work across the cross-functional teams to pursue the sustainable best-in-class strategic practices to manage all internal and external stakeholders
- Review the process changes with the relevant stakeholders to project the potential impact across all business units
- Lead the Process Excellence team, ensuring that subordinates are working as efficiently as possible while adhering to internal work standards and quality criteria
- Prepare reports and metrics on a regular basis, as well as represent the team at meetings
- Guide, coach and support subordinates and operations at all levels as required
- Manage other tasks as assigned


**Requirements**:

- Male / Female, age 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Logistics or related fields with equivalent working experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in operations
- Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities
- Knowledge of ISO9001 and experience of QMS is a must, other standards are advantageous
- Expertise in business process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, combined with statistical data analysis (Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus)
- Experience in hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements
- Solid project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, good leadership, and influencing skills
- Good in process/value stream mapping tools e.g., Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Visual Paradigm, etc
- Proficient in the use of GSuite or Microsoft Office
