The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Assists the Security Operation Specialist in conducting Security assessment of Shopee Express and assisting in re-acting to security situations at Shopee Express Facilities
- Coordinate with the local security and handle reports where threats can be threatened to become destructive
- Conduced security briefings for Shopee Express staff and assisted in training
- Identify current and future threats to Shopee Express’s assets and implement countermeasures
- Coordinate security methods and practices with other appropriate agencies hence foster good working relationships
- Assist in security investigations Shopee Express of both employees and customers and produce written reports
- Communicate with authorities and coordinate security patrols/static guard operations/assist in case-control
- Investigate pilferages case
- Handle staff cause problems at Shopee Express Facilities
- Conduct security checks
- Manage other tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Male / Female, age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor or master’s degree in related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a security or risk management-related position
- Having 2 years of police experience (Inquiry Officer) would be adventurous
- Good English communication skills
Ability to perform and effectively in person and over the phone, using both face-to-face and telephone contact
- Good in project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of GSuite or Microsoft Office
- Have a private vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Be “on-call” for emergency issues
