The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Establish performance improvement training to help the company achieve its objectives
- Carry out a training program and training needs assessment
- Initiate and manage training systems
- Conduct skills training sessions, as well as procedural and non-procedural training
- Ensure that employees are well trained and that their training is documented
- Conduct training by adopting necessary training aids, tools and data in accordance with the company training programs
- Develop educational materials and manuals, as well as providing training and support, to ensure that all regulatory and safety compliance are met

**Requirements**:

- Male / Female, age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in related fields with equivalent working experience
- Minimum 1 of experience in operations and training
- Extensive experience in the design and delivery of successful training programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, with excellent leadership and influencing abilities
- Be able to multitask, plan ahead of time, and manage time effectively

- Competent in the usage of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Have a private vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Be able to travel and stay on-site for a maximum of one week for ground operations training
