The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. - Negotiate with seller to invest more on Shopee and follow up the execution, include campaign setting for shops buying packages & provide Paid Ads suggestions,
- Follow up day-to-day seller’s shop operation issue with Listing team & CS team
- Ensure seller's price competitiveness during campaign
- Provide assortment guideline and translation suggestions to help seller better localize their products into TH market.

**Requirements**:

- Basic Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in BBA, Marketing, or related fields from well-known university
- 1 - 2 years experienced, in E-Commerce industry
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Creative, well-organized and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Poin
- Key Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills: able to identify key factors and set up key metrics to evaluate initiatives, flexible to adapt as well
- Able to prioritize tasks and lead campaign operations including grooming and following up key tasks
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn Creative, well-organized and self-motivated
- Have ownership and able to take lead in key initiatives, with dynamic cross-functional environment including local and Chinese team
- Good verbal and written communication in English: be concise and structured
- Chinese speaking will be a plus (optional)
