Responsibilities:

- Improve the HR system, including major modules such as recruitment and allocation, talent training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee management, and improve relevant systems and processes.
- Overall management of company’s HR team in Thailand, establish a standardized recruitment system, organize and carry out the recruitment of various types of personnel based on talent standards and job competency models, build a talent echelon, and complete the talent reserve and development required for the company's medium and long-term development.
- Be responsible for the development of the company's training work, track and evaluate the use of various types of talents, and update and maintain the talent reserve pool.
- Formulate and improve the implementation of the compensation system and welfare policies.
- Formulate and improve various rules and regulations of the company and create a good corporate culture atmosphere.
- Be responsible for the establishment of the personnel development system and provide employees with good career development space.

Job Requirements:

- Major in HR, management or related fields, with a college degree or above.
- 4 years or more of HR work experience, 2 years of recruitment management position experience, and experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Have received relatively systematic professional training, master a variety of interview methods and be familiar with assessment tools.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and professional spirit, and have good professional ethics and stress resistance.
- Adapt to the entrepreneurial culture, be able to withstand work pressure and pursue self-breakthrough.

Pay: ฿70,000.00 - ฿120,000.00 per month
