Job Summary

Perform end-to-end recruiting & hiring process and coordinate with internal teams in HCOE and other functions to support the HR agenda and Employee management, i.e. training & curriculum, employee related issues & management

**Job Description**:

- Perform recruiting and hiring process and collaborate closely with TA team, Line Managers in case of recruitment and report on progress on regular basis.
- Conduct orientation/induction for new employees
- Update monthly organization structure and ensure accuracy of employee data in the system
- Driving actions to improve employee engagement such as HR connect with employees, employee relations activities, morale and the development of employee relationships at work
- Coordinate with Training & Development Team, Manufacturing Improvement Team and line manager to implement effective training and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Coordinating with ER Team and line manager to support of employees’ disciplinary actions

Exit interview and analysis at the Non-Head of level in Beverage Manufacturing Function.
- Prepare HR Monthly report and ensure the data accuracy including update data to beverage operations team in monthly/quarterly meeting
- Perform day-to-day and support teams or individuals in the creation of documents and presentations as well as process administration and transaction execution
