- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Work on Job description and employment agreement.
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
- **Performance Management**:

- Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in conducting evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- **Training & Development**:

- Identify training needs and assist in designing and implementing training programs.
- Support career development initiatives for employees.
- **Compliance & Policies**:

- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- **HR Administration**:

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Pay: ฿20.00 - ฿35.00 per month
