Mega Lifesciences is looking for a **Manager - Strategic HR** to work closely with Operation Management & Chief People Officer in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and to expand your profile.
**Job Summary**:
As a **Manager - Strategic HR**, your key tasks are as below:
- Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, evaluating employee and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Work closely with HR team to understand business needs, challenges, design, implement an effective strategy to organization and prepare required reports for the management.
- Designing and implementing policies related to people management, attraction, deployment, and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the company.
- Lead Recruitment & Selection as well as staffing, hiring and onboarding process.
- Lead Learning & Development as well as conduct training activity.
- Directs and monitors the conduct of performance appraisal systems to ensure competitiveness & compliance with legal requirement & competitiveness market.
- Collect data and provide relevant reports, dashboards and analysis on key HR metrics, to get a clear picture of the HR activities.
- Build up a positive corporate culture to strengthen employees’ morale and enhance the engagement of all staff in the organization by proposing and organizing events/activities.
- Benchmark HR trends and advise on potential areas of internal improvement.
- Liaise with other HR colleagues within the Group to share and implement HR best practices.
- Support information and various projects assigned from time to time.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree level with experience of HR strategy planning, change management,
administration, management, OD etc.
- Experience in implementing innovative HR strategies, HR transformation and change management.
- Experience in handling factory HR operations
- Analytical, initiative, possess strong interpersonal & communication skills, perseverance to see the changes,
positive & with a continuous improvising mindset are essential attributes.
- Independent and ability to work with the team.
- Computer operating skills in MS. Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good command of English - speak, read and write
- Ability to adopt to different situations, deal with and resolve ambiguity
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Ability to lead and work in a team environment
- Open & interested to work in Bangpoo, Samut Prakan
