- HR Manager (HRM) (60K-70K) (SDG-104800)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่าย HR (HRM)-
- Manage and control HR Strategies; Manpower planning, recruitment and selection process, training process.
- Analyzing training needs from annual performance evaluation and Preparing a relevant training plan.
- Design structure and preparation of career path plans (career path) of the organization for employees.
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Develop and Maintain Human Resources policies, working rules and practices.
- Report to management and use HR indicators to Assist in decision-making
- Planning and controlling the budget management within the department.
- Plan and manage to achieve the goals according to the business plan.
- Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as investigation- จัดการและควบคุมกลยุทธ์ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล การวางแผนกำลังคน กระบวนการสรรหาและคัดเลือก กระบวนการฝึกอบรม

- วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มด้านค่าตอบแทนและสิทธิประโยชน์ วิจัยและเสนอฐานการแข่งขันและโปรแกรมการจ่ายเงินจูงใจเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าองค์กรจะดึงดูดและรักษาผู้มีความสามารถระดับสูงไว้ได้
- พัฒนาและรักษานโยบายทรัพยากรบุคคล กฎเกณฑ์และแนวปฏิบัติในการทำงาน
- รายงานต่อฝ่ายบริหารและใช้ตัวบ่งชี้ HR เพื่อช่วยในการตัดสินใจ
- วางแผนและควบคุมการบริหารงบประมาณภายในแผนก
- วางแผนและบริหารจัดการเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายตามแผนธุรกิจ
- ให้การสนับสนุนและคำแนะนำแก่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล ฝ่ายบริหาร และพนักงานอื่นๆ เมื่อมีคำถามและประเด็นที่ซับซ้อน เชี่ยวชาญ และละเอียดอ่อนเกิดขึ้น อาจจำเป็นต้องบริหารจัดการและดำเนินงานตามปกติในสถานการณ์ที่ละเอียดอ่อน เช่น การสอบสวน
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 40 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, law or related field required.
- 10 years up of experience in Human Resources Management
- 3 years up of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
- Have Experience working in a company with a labor union
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.- Experience from Automotive industry
- Excellent for computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of leadership and enthusiasm.

Language Skill
- English level : Conversational
- Japanese level : None
- Workplace Area: Uthai, Ayutthaya
- Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(- Monday-Friday (WIO 100%)
- 1-2 Saturday per month depend on company schedule
- Have 255 working days per year)
