1. Handle HR tasks such as recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.
2. Manage administrative duties like procurement and office management to ensure smooth operations.
3. Develop company policies and procedures, including employee handbooks and labor contracts.
4. Support the daily work of the headquarter's HR department.
5. Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
**Qualification**:
1. Availability to join immediately.
2. Bachelor's degree or above in psychology, human resources management, or related fields; Mandarin speakers preferred.
3. Over 2 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.
4. Solid knowledge of HR policies and standard operating procedures.
5. In-depth understanding of labor laws, social insurance, and company regulations.
6. Proficient in Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Pay: ฿25,000.00 - ฿37,000.00 per month
