- Management planning (sales, etc.)
- Planning and implementation of human resource development and internal training
- Creation of internal career paths, creation of mechanisms for human resource utilization, etc.
- Promotion of QCC and CSR activities
- Propose internal improvement activities (5S activities, etc.)
- Labor and legal affairs, management of employment regulations
- Selection and management of internal public relations personnel
- Final confirmation and adjustment of payroll and attendance management
- Discuss with the welfare committee regarding benefits (internal)
- Meetings for company trips, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by management
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- [Must]- Male/Female age 33-45 years old
- Bachelor of degree or any related field
- Experience in HRD/HRM
- Minimum 5 years experience in GA and HR in the manufacturing industry (payroll, attendance, etc.)
- Management experience (at least 3 people)
