Our client is a leading service company that works within the oil, gas and offshore wind sectors that provides clients with
optimal and innovative solutions within engineering, construction, modifications and maintenance.
**Position **HR Administrator (Com & Ben)

**Responsibilities **- Maintain compensation and benefits related staff records and data in benefits
- administrative systems and paper files- Process and administrate staff compensation & benefits routine transaction
correctly, accuracy and timely within all regulatory obligations both local and
overseas location
> process monthly payroll, tax, social security, provident fund, all income and
deduction
> involve in searching insurance
> search for and coordinate with loan resource provider
- Maintain the integrity of payroll and HRIS data to reflect current hires,
terminations, transfers, and other employee status changes
- Maintain strict confidentiality as it pertains to all payroll and benefit issues
- Monitor and analyze leave of absence
- Design, develop, and deliver staff communication materials to promote benefit and
- educate employees on value of benefits- Analyze compensation and benefits costs and provide to management team and
- line manager as required- Implement health and wellness activities to support and improve the company sick
- leave percentage- Issue and analyze regular reports to support management team and overseas
- office- Deal with government sectors when related issues occurred
- Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employees to
- promote employee engagement and satisfaction- Keep confidential issue related to personal information for all concerned party

- have an effect on project/job execution- Coordinate in HR issues with the overseas office and local offices
- Handle HR job as assigned- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management (in
- payroll, com & ben is advantage)- Computer literacy on MS office
- Good communication skills in English -: listening, speaking, reading and writing
**Requirement **- SAP knowledge is advantage
**Education **Bachelor or master degree in Human Resources Management or related field
**Location **Laem Chabang, Chonburi
**Working hours **8:00 - 17:00 hrs
**Working days **Monday - Friday
**Age **50 below
**Salary range **Competitive Salary
