Bjak is an online car insurance broker with headquarters in Malaysia and branch offices in Thailand, Japan, and Taiwan. We are the largest insurance broker in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

Bjak emphasizes the use of cutting-edge technology in Customer API, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain to provide customers with efficient access to car insurance purchasing.

In Thailand, known as "Dsure," Bjak offers not only car insurance services with 24 leading insurance companies for car insurance but but also offers compulsory motor insurance and facilitates road tax services.
- Conduct outbound calls and Line OA chat to prospective customers to introduce insurance products and services.
- Build rapport with potential clients and identify their insurance needs and requirements.
- Explain insurance coverage options, benefits, and terms to potential customers.
- Provide accurate and detailed information on insurance policies, premiums, and claim procedures.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively to persuade them to purchase insurance.
- Close sales and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Update customer information, interactions, and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulations, and competitors' offerings to provide informed advice to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
