Customer Experience and Relationship

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer issues and complaints and find solutions to problems that arise.
- Coordinate with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions for customer problems.
- Maintain a customer service-oriented attitude and be ready to assist customers at all times.
- Keep customer information confidential.
- Follow up with customers after they have received services to assess their satisfaction.
- Manage the reception of information and communications from the company and relevant departments.
- Provide guidance to customers on order cancellations and recommend other products or services. Inform customers about promotions, product prices, and company news, as assigned, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Present products according to promotional programs that customers have received and manage customer orders.
- Study promotional programs and coordinate with relevant departments on sales prices and promotions to inform and offer sales to partners.
- Coordinate to resolve issues when customers do not receive their ordered products by liaising with relevant departments.
- Coordinate the delivery of products according to customer requirements and ensure timely delivery, follow up on status, and resolve any delivery issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to present personal work results.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Education level: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Age not over 35 years
- Good English communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Experience in customer service or related fields
- Managing customer orders
- Knowledgeable and understanding of CRM and E-Commerce systems
- Ability to follow up on tasks and assist the team to accommodate changes and provide excellent customer service
- Able to work under pressure and solve immediate problems with good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with relevant teams for successful project completion
- Positive attitude and ability to build good relationships with customers
- Ability to coordinate and negotiate with good persuasive communication skills
- Prior experience in this position is preferred
- Flexible with working hours when necessary
- Capable of handling various customer service responsibilities efficiently
Pay: ฿25,000.00 - ฿30,000.00 per month
