Client Relations Manager

**Position summary**:
The Client Relations Manager is responsible for establishing relationships with new clients inquiring for treatment for addiction and related mental health issues.
Leads are provided through various marketing channels. The incumbent initially performs lead screening to determine qualified prospects. After which, they work closely with the client and their family in the pre-treatment phase with attention, care, and compassion to provide details of the treatment program at The Dawn with the primary goal of turning prospects into clients. Occasionally, the incumbent might be required to work extra hours and on weekends. This position requires a high level of patience, empathy, and interest in mental health. No prior experience in mental health or healthcare is required.
- Earnestly build and maintain good relationships with clients & their families, relevant professionals.
- Welcome potential, and new clients, as well as professionals onsite and answer questions of concerns.
- Accurately assess prospect needs and provide assistance and information on their solutions.
- Comprehensively collect preliminary information of clients: a state of biological, psychological, and social wellness to gain a clear understanding of their requirements.
- Propose a suitable treatment programme and the length of stay upon clients’ needs to elevate their issues by analysing the collected data.
- Provide follow-up solutions to the client’s concerns and dilemma.
- Actively reengage with prospects and reconnect with passive leads.
- Consistently update sales activities on the CRM and complete the EMR for arriving clients
- Deliver a monthly sales report.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service in any industry, Sales Associate, Sale Representative, in a luxury brand preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality, industry is preferred.
- Excellent selling “value” and presentation skills.
- Track record of achieving targets is a plus.
