**Why we need you**

You will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the Client Operations Support team, ensuring the smooth delivery of client services and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, including managing workloads, monitoring performance, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**What you will do**:

- Work closely with the Sales team for both corporate sales & e-commerce sales by being the backbone of day-to-day operations.
- Manage on top of the client support team members to oversee all the clients from 2 sales channels namely corporate & e-commerce to ensure that all the client requests were fulfilled on the day-to-day basis.
- Provide the best in class operations experience to the clients by being the key liaison to give feedback/ heads up when foresee the blockers and being proactive on some analytics and findings.
- Monitor the operations key performance metrics and be the center of the team to provide feedback or solutions collaborating with the other cross-functional team actively.
- Farm and grow the existing business from self monitoring plus strong relationships with the clients and able to give direction to Sales for the best offerings.

**What you will need**:

- At least 3-5 years of work experience in client & internal communication management
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or logistics-related field.
- Excellent communication and be able to present both over the phone and in-person
- Basic analysis skills
- Summarize things easily & quickly
- Able to find a middle ground when conflicts arise among 2 parties
- Ability to multitask and be flexible to requests and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- High level of comfort with work under pressure, problem-solving, and team management
- Ability to interact and build relationships with people of different backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and motivation with effective communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
