Our client is a leading, fully-integrated, refining and petrochemical company in Thailand and Asia Pacific.
**Qualifications**:
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor or higher in HRM, Business Administration, Political Science or related fields
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in engagement or culture filed of multi-national, high profile local firms, or
heavy industry is advantageous.
- TOEIC score of 550 is required
- Good command of English and computer literacy
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor the operating environment, the labor and industrial legislations and evaluate its impacts on TOP
Group Company's industrial relations
- Supervise the labor union movement and EC committee as well as provide supported data essential
employee relation or company meeting e.g. EC meeting etc.
- Provide accurate, factual and feedback from employee and employee representatives to support company
decision to resolve IR/ER issues in order to reach mutual collective agreement
- Plan and carry out IR/ER activities to enhance the labor relationship and handling of staff complaint and/or
challenging groups in order to promote pleasant workplace with close contact and regular visit to work site
- Support staff for industrial/employee relation's activities and corrective bargain to complement the
promotion of cohesive workforce and employees’ relations and legal compliance
**Other allowances and Benefits for permanent staff**:
- Living allowance: 15% of basic
- Housing allowance: 20% of basic
- Extra Allowance: 10% of basic
- Total Allowance: 45% of basic
- Provident Fund after 180 days
5 years = 5%
- 6-10 years = 10%
10 years up = 15%
- Bonus 4-6 months (as per company performance)
- **Working day**: Monday to Friday
