**In this position you will....
be responsible for advising and selling motor insurance policies to interested referrals (no cold calling). Your job will require great communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong knowledge of motor insurance.

**You will be responsible for **
- Reaching out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Learning details about our product and service offerings.
- Addressing any questions or issues customers may have.
- Communicating with customers to understand their requirements and need.
- Offering solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities.
- Directing prospects and leads to the sales team.
- Keeping an updated customer database.
- Tracking and document calls and sales.
- Updating client records. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

- Having negotiation, interpersonal skills, and sales oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in motor insurance follow-up or having any telemarketing / telesales experience with an Insurance Broker license is required.
