Thai Call Center Agent

Join ITSA Media as a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent and play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts. This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits over the phone
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Making calls according to a script that is assigned to each campaign that you are calling. You may also see further information about the contact and the client
- Reaching the assigned number of calls per campaign on a daily basis
- Following our Call Center standards and targets to maintain our quality service
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics, including call volume and conversion rates.
**Requirements**:
- Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively in a remote setting.
- Flexible schedule availability to work variable shifts, including weekends.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to making calls.
- A desktop or laptop computer with a speaker/microphone (either integrated or as a headset), a reliable internet connection and a quiet room
