To oversee sales and marketing activities in Thailand.
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate enduring relationships with key decision-makers, serving as the primary liaison for clients, business associates, and stakeholders within the country.
- Lead negotiations for new long-term service agreements.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts in the region.
***Business Development**:
- Identify and prioritize existing and potential customers in the region.
- Enhance current revenue streams and explore new opportunities for revenue generation.
- Actively promote and expand the portfolio of the company's products and services.
- Spearhead market development initiatives, including the establishment of agent and distributor networks.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism in client interactions.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support global business development strategies as required.
***Required Skills and Experience**:
**Proficiency in Industrial Product Sales**:
- Strong understanding of industrial product sales, with knowledge of the stainless-steel market considered advantageous.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and prioritize them strategically in alignment with the companny's objectives.
- Track record of building and sustaining profitable relationships with senior decision-makers at both international and domestic levels, supported by evidence.
***Desirable Experience and Skills**:
Background in steel manufacturing or other heavy industrial sectors.
Familiarity with multinational organizational structures.
Experience in service-oriented industries.
Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, complemented by Business Administration credentials, is preferred.
