**Planning & Management**
- Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly Direct Sales objectives in coordination with the Bank’s business plan.
- Responsible for providing an annual Direct Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revision and modifications to the Plan.
- In coordination with other establishes both market and target customer strategies for the Bank.
- Plan and manage the initiatives to achieve the agreed objectives, KPIs target, and deadlines.
- Control & manage commission costs within budget

Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.**Sales Management & Leadership**
- Motivate & coaching both Team Leader, Direct Sales supervisors and Direct Sales agents to achieve the secured loan sales volume as per assigned target.
- Recruit, expand Direct Sales team and maintain performed Sales Agents and supervisors
- Recruit and expand sales force at least 25 agents.
- Define and manage the monthly and annual Direct Sales objectives for all of the sales personal.
- Responsible for the Direct Sales target which is a part of CIMB Alternative Distribution Channels.
- Oversee all the roles & responsibilities of Direct Sales.
- Lead team in line with Alternative Distribution Channels, Consumer Banking
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.**Regulatory Compliance**
- Clean desk policy and protect confidential data our clients
