Agency Support Administrator

**In this position you will....
work closely with TH Senior Agency Manager to growth on Production and Revenue of the agency channels for bolttech Thailand including acquiring new agents, managing, and improving active agents of our current pool of more than 8,000 prospected agents.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute our growth strategy and deliver first-class services to our key partners.
**You will be responsible for **
- Support Manager to drive sales performance and manage day-to-day activities (Call/Chat/E-mail/etc.) with Agents.
- Service and Support all Insurance questions and Quotation Requirement from Agents by every Communicate Channels we have with Agents (FWD/IA).
- Build and Enhance relationships with agents at Seller level by daily Call/Chat.
- Coordinate with Insurance Companies to come up with the competitive/proper Price for our Quotation to Agents. Coordinate with other departments on agency management: Operations Team, After-sales services Team to deliver what we agreed with our Agents.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Great interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS-Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Having Insurance Products knowledge is preferable
- University degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Telesales or Agency Sales
- Positive Thinking is preferred
