Country Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Promote local sales of our photovoltaic inverters, home energy storage systems and micro-inverters to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and revenue growth.
2. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans that leverage market trends and customer insights. Stay up to date on the latest industry developments to inform and enhance sales plans.
3. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, provide tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Work closely with product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Regularly report sales progress and market insights to senior management.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors is preferred.
2. Fluency in Thai and English is a must; Chinese is a plus.
3. Have at least 5 years of successful sales experience in photovoltaic inverters and home energy storage systems, and have a deep understanding and successful experience in distribution models.
4. Ability to analyze the market, identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
5. Have deep channel management experience and marketing resources.
Pay: ฿71,000.00 - ฿95,000.00 per month
