**About the company**
- Personal Care, Homecare and Babycare products company from Malaysia, expanding into Thailand.
**Work location**: currently Work From Home (WFH) until office is set up
**Responsibilities**
- To ensure Offspring brand is accurately represented in all sales communications.
- To recommend and prepare a strategic marketing plan with the budget to achieve the yearly growth and sales KPIs.
- To design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure the brand’s strong presence
- To manage and implement the sales activities as per marketing plan and monitor their progress, making improvements when needed to meet the sales KPIs.
- To identify, approach and negotiate with the premium baby stores and departmental stores to carry Offspring products.
- To build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- To recommend and implement marketing campaigns/promotions/trade deals for online and offline platforms to assist our distributor
- To setup and list Offspring products in major online platforms in the respective country.
- To manage the digital marketing campaigns in social media and online platforms, including but not limited to creating content to suit local markets.
- To identify and approach suitable social media influencers and KOLs to promote Offspring brands.
- Deliver reporting on sales KPIs and additional reporting whenever required.
- To present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- To assist our distributor during exhibition campaign in all areas.
- To perform any other duties as and when required by direct superior.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably five (5) years of experience in Marketing & Sales or similar roles in FMCG industry, preferably in baby products in their respective country.
- Good understanding of market research techniques and familiar with online and offline marketing.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proficient in English and in their local language (read, write and spoken)
- Willing to travel when required by HQ.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: ฿50,000.00 - ฿70,000.00 per month
