**Responsibilities**:
The Country Manager for Thailand will oversee all operational activities of the logistics operations within the region. The main objective is to achieve business targets outlined by Regional and Corporate Management, ensuring sustained profitability and growth.

**Principal Activities**:

- Develop and execute Country Business plans to enhance profitability and align with Regional / Corporate Management expectations.
- Drive business growth through new product development, cross-border pooling, and expanding service offerings.
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships to optimize satisfaction and profitability.
- Facilitate efficient customer equipment transfer, data administration, and receivables collections.
- Strategically manage resources to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
- Monitor costs while prioritizing strategic initiatives such as customer engagement, new products, and market opportunities.
- Establish performance and development plans for direct reports, fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Communicate initiatives effectively across Sales & Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams, nurturing teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Quality Standards.
- Oversee procurement to ensure quality products and services are acquired cost-effectively.
- Ensure local operations adhere to internal policies, codes of conduct, and external regulations, including EHS standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master’s Degree in a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in Country Management, preferably within logistics, FMCG, or Supply Chain Industry.
- Leadership: the role demands providing visionary leadership for long-term business growth, prompt decision-making while valuing input, exemplifying commitment and teamwork, demonstrating financial acumen, understanding intricate business value chains, aligning actions with goals, fostering initiative and effective communication, prioritizing people development, and emphasizing customer satisfaction and relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities across various levels.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and dedicated with a penchant for managing functional responsibilities.
- Openness to change and influential in driving change.
- Self-starter with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
