**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**: Country Manager for Thailand
**JOB PURPOSE**
- Responsible for managing, organizing and coordinating the A21 Field Office Operations, Fundraising, Partner Support, and Administrative Procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Responsible for promoting A21 at events and liaising with other organizations as appropriate to the role.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**
**General**- Represent A21 in media opportunities and any form of promotional opportunity as a local spokesperson.
- Represent A21 at anti-trafficking events from civil society to government events.
- Identify future needs and opportunities for A21 operations.
**Management**
- Manage and develop all active operational programs active in the country.- Develop and implement office policies in line with that of the global A21 organization.
- Establish office standards and procedures in line with that of the global A21 organization.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Maintenance of day-to-day office needs.
- Coordinate distribution and receipt of resources regarding events.
- Induct, mentor, and train new staff/volunteers as appropriate.
- Coordinate and manage all office staff/volunteer activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Conduct quarterly 1-2-1 reviews with staff and give regular opportunities for feedback on staff/volunteer performance.
- Lead, inspire, and care for staff and volunteers, upholding A21 Core Values, culture, and team spirit on all levels.
- Ensure weekly culture and leadership input through team meetings and individual meetings.
- Care for and manage team members who may be experiencing extraordinary health or personal life challenges. Ensuring our support is expressed appropriately to the situation and team members are directed to the professional help needed while keeping management informed.
- Monitor record keeping and reporting.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of records and data.
- Ensure all reporting is completed in a timely manner, including but not limited to Weekly Snapshot reports, Global Ops Report, Quarterly Status Reports, and by-request management reports to Management.
- Produce annual reports and information as required by local law on organization activities, A21’s Impact Report, and A21’s Annual Freedom Report.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all staff/volunteers and visitors to A21.
- Maintain a fair and equitable environment for all staff/volunteers and visitors to A21.
- Manage on and off-boarding of staff with HR and Supervisor
- Host and manage site visits by A21 management and facilitate reviews and meetings as requested.
- Host and present the work of A21 to visiting supporters and donors of A21.
**Planning & Budgeting**
- Identify future needs and opportunities for A21 operations in Thailand.
- Plan and prepare proposals for new programs and development in Thailand.
- Plan and manage Desired Outcome (DO) metrics for all country operational activities.
- Prepare and Manage the Thailand Field Office budget.
- Manage all reporting related to allocated funding.
- Responsible for any Field Office banking requirements as directed by the global accountant.
**Partnership Development and Support Management**
- Develop strong partner relationships and build a network of all Anti-Trafficking Organisations, Government Agencies, Task Forces, NGOs, Police, and other government departments in Thailand.
- Represent A21 at anti-trafficking events from civil society to government events.
- Responsible for the growth and development of Partner Support in Thailand.- Develop and maintain a strong flow of communication to all Partner Supporters of the organization, either orally or in writing.
- Handle Partner Support inquiries and complaints.
- Build strong relationships with organizations throughout the country, developing ways to engage the community in the fight against trafficking.
- Represent A21, playing an active and visible role with churches, ministries, partners, supporters, and volunteers.
- Identify opportunities, promote and manage ‘A-Teams’ throughout the country and support them as appropriate.
- Oversee the organization and management of the annual A21 Walk for Freedom event in the country.
