**Funding Societies | Modalku** is the largest SME digital financing platform in Southeast Asia. We are licensed in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and registered in Malaysia. We are backed by Sequoia India and Softbank Ventures Asia Corp amongst many others and provides business financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which is crowdfunded by individual and institutional investors.

What you will do: *
- Grow and manage a team of Relationship Managers. Identify and recruit sales talent at the same time coach and develop the existing team to a high performing unit
- Building relationships of trust with all key internal and external stakeholders including regional management, clients, partners, regulators, investors, etc.
- Assume P&L responsibility over the entire Sales function, focused on growing our balance sheet lending as well as crowdfunding businesses.
- Responsible for launching new initiatives, strategic alliances & partnerships that can deliver value to the company
- Identify market growth areas including penetrating new sales channels, launching new products and/or identifying new customer segments.
- Design and execute the sales strategy required to achieve origination, revenue and market share goals including
- Develop country sales forecast, budget, and manpower plans in line with the company’s overall objectives
- Supporting talent development & management (e.g. KPI setting, scorecard development, competency framework, etc.)
- Keep up to date with market developments, including growth opportunities, innovations, regulatory change and risksResponsible in supporting & holding accountability on NPL recovery
- With the support of the marketing & PR team, help build our brand amongst the key customer segments

What we are looking for: *
- Fluency in English
- Commercial leadership experience in SME lending business - either at a bank, non-bank or fintech - which includes leading teams, as well as managing P&L
- Stellar industry reputation and well networked within the business community
- Strong commercial sense and extensive knowledge of SME lending products, channels, and customer segments.
- Good overall understanding of an SME financing business: partnerships, credit risk, finance, operations, marketing, customer experience, technology, data science, product management.
- Solid understanding of financial legislation and regulation within Thailand
