**Sales and Marketing Development and Execution**
- Support and partner closely with National Sales Manager, Pain Management, Thailand to recommend, develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market shares on focused products and assigned markets.
- Support identification of key growth opportunities, develop and execute innovative programs to drive growth and margin improvement associated with the product portfolio.
- Expand network, engage, build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external customers, directly (e.g. key clinical users, key influencers, opinion leaders) and via distributors. Address their needs and suggest appropriate products, services and/or solutions through consultative and collaborative discussions.
- Support on the forecast of the Thailand financial and sales budgeting.
- Achieve and exceed teritory sales and financial budget objectives.
- Drive growth on strategic focus products via increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty to Avanos Pain products.
- Promote product sales within approved price range.
- Promote maximum usage of Avanos Pain products on all systems in assigned clients account.
- Drive customer satisfaction and lead expansion through regular follow-up with current and prosective customers.
- Drive maximum customer satisfaction by gathering customer feedback, proactively anticipate customers’ issues to address potential issues, suggesting prompt solution and implementing approproriate measures to mitigate risk.
- Closely monitor and gather market intelligence on competitor’s product portfolio (e.g. market trends, market/product share, pricings, utilization, clinical practice, procedural knowledge, customer insights).
- Provides field case support to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) e.g. physicians, operating theatre staff, and supporting health care professionals, in the operating theatres, clinics, surgical centres.
- Develop and expand Key Opinion Leaders - build strong relationship with them.
- Responsible for coordinating between customers and other departments in the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize and conduct product trainings to direct customers and distributors, not limited to educational and clinical workshops.
- Partner with Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance (RAQA) and Regional Marketing teams on product launch plan and manage product life cycle.
- Support hosting conferences, seminars and workshops to demonstrate AVANOS’ products and periodically evaluate the appropriateness of our promotional materials.

**Administration**
- Submit reports (brand, category, financial metrics, stocks) and sales calendars on a timeline agreed basis.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the customers and prospects databases.
- Complete and maintain compliance in trainings.
- Ensure compliance and highest integrity.

**Education/ Experience**
- Degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Biomedical, Biotechnology or Science background.
- At least 3 years of experience in related experience.
- Track record of profit/margin maximization, revenue growth, execute programs, manage projects and campaigns.
- Strong understanding and identification of customers and their needs, clinical environment, competitive landscape and trends.
- Experience creating clinical acceptance and drive adoption of new treatments/therapies/technologies.
- Broad-based knowledge of medical consumables sales and marketing processes.
- Knowledge in medical device industry, support surgeons in theatre environment, sales, marketing and/or relevant setting in Thailand highly desired.
