Our client is a leading local Clinical Diagnostic. This company is comprised of professionals who are passionate about their role in bringing their products to their customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Being accountable for driving sales and maximizing profit performance for the designated brand.
- Ensuring effective team management to align with company directives and meet sales objectives
- Conducting a thorough analysis of customer requirements, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Creating and executing sales and product strategies, and monitoring progress to attain organizational sales targets.
- Supervising and tracking sales and service activities, while enhancing team efficiency to optimize performance.
- Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction across all aspects, even during challenging circumstances arising from various factors.
- Identifying emerging growth opportunities and cultivating new business relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Compiling and delivering Monthly/Quarterly Client Reviews, showcasing our accomplishments, including direct and indirect contributions to added value.
- Executing any additional tasks assigned at the discretion of management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Medical Technology or release field.
- Master of Business Management.
- Experiences in Medical Laboratory.
- Minimum ten years of sales experience.
- Minimum five years of management experience.
