**Accountable for overall sales management of**_Stoma care, Wound care, Wound Drainage, Vascular graft and Urinary care_**, it includes developing and execution of strategic business plan, managing a sales team, developing new and existing customers and products, costing, inventory and pricing management, overseeing service personnel, ensuring the highest level of customer service and participating in the overall management of the Department as assigned. Also accountable for ensuring that sales revenue and profitability result is maximized and achieve Department's objectives and target.**

**Major Duties Performed**(Main Functions)**

**Leadership**
- Develop and maintain an updated Department Plan for business development which reflects Department and company strategic goals.
- Communicating to the team members of the Department, the Department goals for market leadership, superior customer loyalty, and returns on investment.
- Creating a work environment that promotes teamwork and cooperation, where sales personnel can excel; find rewards in their efforts; and, be continuously motivated and challenged towards improving their performance.
- Promoting the division’s standard for integrity, ethics, and job performance.

**Personnel Management & Development**
- Manages personnel activities of staff (i.e. hires, trains, coaches, appraises, rewards, motivates, disciplines, recommends termination as necessary, etc.).
- Directing the daily activities of the sales representatives and executives; assisting them in achieving their objectives for sales, and profits; and, continuously training, evaluating and monitoring their progress toward achieving these goals.
- Educate sales personnel in terms of sales tactics.
- Assuring that all annual training objectives are accomplished prior to the end of the third calendar quarter; submitting to the Country Manager for review and comment, written performance evaluations of all department personnel, and conducting, twice annually, individual meetings with all department personnel to review performance standards, career tracking progress, compensation, and employee satisfaction.
- To ascertain that the Division is staffed with individuals who are competent, trustworthy, adequately trained for their positions, and motivated to help the division achieve its goals and objectives.
- Participate in management team planning, evaluation, and team building that supports the organization’s growth as a Market Driven Organization.
- Evaluates effectiveness of the CSRs, Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers; recommend necessary changes.

**Sales Management**
- Implementing sales and marketing plans and assuring that the Division is aggressively expanding new customers portfolio and market segments; achieving its full sales potential; and total customer satisfaction.
- Implementing the Division’s policies and processes for prospect management and customer follow-up to assure that all potential customers are handled in a manner conducive to maximize the division’s goals for sales penetration, profitability, and customer loyalty.
- Ensuring that all Hospital Contract agreements are completed accurately and in full compliance with company policy and submitted the agreement to the respective department in a proper and timely fashion.
- Implementation of the annual business plan and budget for the division; realizing the monthly sales and profit objectives; and, conducting the affairs of the division in a fashion conducive to achieving its sales goals and maximizing the return on investment.
- Ensuring that the Division is utilizing all available technologies in its pursuit of its sales and profit objectives.
- Monitoring and ensuring that all Team Members are fully compliant to BSC and update the BSC score on monthly basis.
- Participate in selected sales calls with sales representatives and, as appropriate, other management or services personnel, including the country manager.

**Inventory Management**
- Work closely with SCM on inventory forecasting for the division.
- Assist SCM personnel in pre-planning of new projects and business.
- Work closely with SCM to ensure that the division achieves the plan target for Inventory stock holding of 2 months.
