- Responsible for setting policies in Personnel Management, Management of Recruitment, Hiring, Planning Manpower, Development and Training, Labor Relations and Administration**Responsibilities**:
- Define policies and guidelines for human resource management of the organization. in terms of Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Development and Training, Labor Relations and Welfare including Administrative work to present to executives
- Determine strategies and plans in various fields related to human resources and administration in accordance with the policy as well as the direction of the organization
- Set up a system for human resource management of the organization, including Career Path, Wage Structure, Performance Management, Employee Training and Development Carcer & Succession, Planning Security system, Corporate Culture Building, etc.
- Create Employee Engagement for all employees to be "part" of the organization, committed, dedicated to work for the organization to succeed goal achievement by doing happily and have good morale at work
- Supervise and manage work in accordance with various standard systems that are certified such as ISO 9000, 14001, including standards that customers need
- Advice, Suggestions related to appropriate human resource management which consistent with the policy, direction, and situation as well as the problems that occur in the organization
- Administer, control and operate related to human resource management in accordance with the goals and plans set
- Supervise and advice the work of subordinates according to the goals and plans set
- Training and developing the potential of subordinates to be higher to work efficiently and develop work skills continuously increasing
- Provide advice on personnel management with various agencies in order to create standards for human resource management of the organization
- Other responsibilities as assigned
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Experienced working in Management Level
- 10 years of experience working in Human Resource Department
- Experienced with both Human Resource Development (HRD) and Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 / Labor law and related
- Able to use SAP**English Level**:
