**Job Purposes**:
Perform overall operations of human resources, including employment, compensation, talent planning, performance management, organizational structure, engagement, and employee relations to support the daily operations of human resources effectively aligning with organization’s goals and objectives

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Perform overall operations and processes of human resource functions, including employment, compensation, talent planning, performance management, organizational structure, engagement, and employee relations, to support business plans and objectives
- Provide appropriate communications within the organization and promote employee understanding of programs, policies, and objectives, along with managing relationship improvement within the organization to support human resource management
- Coordinate with Finance and related functions to ensure headcount and business plan alignment to control manpower planning
- Make summary reports of overall human resources operations to improve team performance
- Analyze data and information from human resource reports to determine human resource issues impacting the organization
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience in related field
- Understand human resources or human resource management
- Have Thai and English communication skills
- Have good human relations
- Have good computer skills
- Be able to coordinate
