**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and drive initiatives that support business growth and employee engagement.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, and open communication.
- Develop effective onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and career development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of learning programs.
- Support employee development by providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career advancement.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentive plans, and employee benefits packages.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive and attractive compensation packages.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for management to provide insights into HR activities and trends.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing HR department.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience 3+ years as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of labor laws, regulations, best practices and HR principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluent in English.
- Thai Nationality only, 26-40 years old.**KEY RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Manage and summarize the billing, and invoice status.
- Record accounting entries for payment vouchers, and sales transactions.
- Ensure the correct tax report and tax submission on time.
- Send payment evidence and withholding tax certification to suppliers and follow up receipt/ tax invoice.
- Manage company disbursements.
- Retrieve bank statement report from internet banking.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports related to the current task.
- Handle all related external parties.
- Organize company purchase and payment process.
- Issue purchase orders to partners/vendors/providers/subcontracts.
- Summarize all billing status and company disbursements on a monthly basis.
- Filing documents for receipt & payment and other related documents.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Male or Female age between 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the Accounting field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Accounting and Finance fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
- Pleasant, Responsible, Flexible, Detail-minded, and able to work under pressure
- Fluent in English.

Pay: ฿30,000.00 - ฿40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thailand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
