Drives the business development of the Face-to-Face distribution for CardX and AutoX through implementing Transformational Business development initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop strategic initiatives and tactical campaigns to drive the quality metrics of the DSA sellers. Work with CardX & AutoX to uplift the different segments and regions of DSAs and uplifting their productivity through coaching, transferring of FWD next in class best practices. Leads the business development channel and BDEs to drive the overall APE, VNB & PVNB, Active Ratio & MAPA Metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the business development growth of the face-to-face distribution through developing and execution of the productivity transformation initiatives- Develop and execute all face-to face productivity transformation strategies with effective field execution plan whilst aligning with company directions- Initiate and develop strategies to increase channel KPIs - Manpower, Active ratio, Ave Premium and Number of Cases- Identify manpower insufficiency and competency gap of existing subordinates- Develop and implement team development plan to ensure that team will have adequate competency to run business- Coaching and growing a BDE team for productivity initiatives- Manage, control and monitor team to be high discipline, high quality and align with corporate direction and regulation- Work with Business Training Centre to identify and implement training programs to improve productivity and business quality- Develop holistic strategies to develop new MDRTs as engines for growth and promote MDRT culture with the CardX and AutoX
Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any fields, MBA preferable.- Minimum 10 years' experience in Agency/Bancassurance/Broker sales experience, with 5 years in managerial roles.- Result Driven and Self-initiated with Can do attitude- Strong People Management skills / Training skills / Communication skill- Result-Oriented and Detail-Oriented- Fluent in English both verbal and written- Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative
