**Head of Business Development and Partnership (Streaming Business)**:

**หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ**:
2. Manage clients and partnership portfolio to grow revenue targets from various streams; 1) Ads, 2) Sponsorship, and 3) Subscriber Acquisition.
3. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives for partners.
4. Developing quotes and campaign proposals for clients.
5. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
6. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
7. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
8. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
9. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

**คุณสมบัติ**:

- 1. Music Enthusiast
2.Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or related field.
3. 5+ years Experience in sales, partnership, telco or marketing.
4. 3+ years Experience as a manager with direct reporting lines in sales or partnership.
5. Comfortable with sales target, and deal negotiation.
6. Strong communication skills both, written/speaking Thai and English.
7. Online Platform Business fluency ie., social media, OTT, or ads platform.
8. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task in order to work with XFN i.e., Product, Marketing, Music Labels, Artist Management, Operation Support.
9. Comfortable using project management tools i.e., Slack, Trello, WorkPlace, etc.
