Head of Business Development

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic _Head of Business Development_ to lead our growth efforts and expand our presence in the property market. In this key leadership role, you will spearhead the identification of market opportunities, oversee property evaluations, build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, and drive impactful negotiations to close high-value deals. Your expertise will guide the company's business development strategy, helping to unlock new growth avenues and enhance our competitive edge in the industry. If you have a passion for real estate and a proven track record of leading business development teams, we want you to lead our efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Lead Business Growth Strategy**: Drive the overall business development strategy by identifying, assessing, and capitalizing on new property market opportunities to fuel growth and expand market share.
- ** Market Insights & Strategy Development**: Lead market research, analyze industry trends, and provide strategic insights to shape business development initiatives and refine market entry strategies.
- ** Deal Evaluation & Strategic Decision Making**: Oversee the evaluation of property potential and profitability, guiding key strategic decisions related to investments and partnerships.
- ** Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, key stakeholders, and industry partners. Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- ** Team Leadership & Performance Tracking**: Lead, motivate, and mentor the business development team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Regularly report progress to the executive team, ensuring business goals are met.
- ** Closing High-Value Deals**: Take a hands-on role in high-stakes negotiations, ensuring the successful closure of high-value deals that align with the companys long-term growth objectives.
**Requirements**:
- ** Industry Expertise**: Strong passion and extensive experience in the real estate, co-living, or property tech industries. A deep understanding of real estate trends, investment principles, and market dynamics.
- ** Leadership Skills**: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing business development teams, with the ability to inspire, collaborate, and deliver results.
- ** Negotiation & Communication Skills**: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- ** Strategic Thinker & Self-Motivated**: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to develop and execute business development strategies independently while aligning with broader company objectives.
- ** Curiosity & Drive for Improvement**: A strong curiosity to stay updated on industry developments, coupled with a drive for continuous learning and process improvement.
