An exciting Head of Sales & Business Development - Water & Leisure (x1 vacancy) has recently become available a market leading water and environmental management expert company based in Bangkok.

**About the Head of Sales & Business Development - Water & Leisure Role**:
As the Head of Sales & Business Development - Water & Leisure, you will be responsible to to lead quite a large sales team, provide guidelines and ensure effectiveness and success of project and retail products sales and business development for the company’s water and leisure business.

This roles offer attractive base salary + bonuses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate the strategic direction and lead the development of operational plans for project/retail products sales and business development accountability of Water and Leisure business
- Lead and manage the operation of water and leisure project (Swimming pool projects, Water/Waste water treatment projects) sales from leads generation, customer engagement,proposal strategy planning, proposal development, pitching, closing of sales, after sales service and customer management/retention
- Lead and manage the coordination and alignment between internal functions for water and leisure project proposal development to ensure alignment with technical and financial requirements and proposal strategy
- Lead and manage water and leisure household product/service, swimming pool maintenance and cleaning service sales from customer pipeline development, customer engagement, sales conversion, after sales service and customer management/retention
- Lead and manage water and leisure household product management, and retail channel development/management to ensure effective sourcing and optimal sales and profitability management across retail sales channels
- Lead and manage direct-to-customer retail product sales through the company’s branch sales channel
- Lead and manage the development and maintenance of customer database along with utilisation customer data for customer satisfaction management, product and service enhancement and leads generation
- Lead and manage the process of establishing and maintaining rapport and relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners to develop network and opportunities for business growth and enhancement of product/service portfolio
- Support own unit and related technical units within Water and Leisure business to develop the understanding of industry, competitors, trends and relevant products and technology associated with water and leisure, high quality water, waste water treatment and related areas

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- MBA is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, competitors, trends and relevant products and technology associated with water and leisure, high quality water, waste water treatment and related areas
- Knowledge and experience of sales strategy, tactics, and CRM systems i.e. Salesforce
- Experience in analysing and defining customer segmentation having potential in sales,developing channels and relationship to generate quality leads
- Experience leading strategic growth for a mid-sized or larger organisation/significant business unit
- Experience in project feasibility analysis, and developing pricing/proposal strategy to ensure competitiveness while maximising margin
- Experience in playing a critical role to successfully close large and complex deals
- Experience or conceptual understanding in developing, managing, and driving sales through own retail channels, and external retailer sales channels
- Experience in building customer and partner relationships, trust, desirable experience and satisfaction
- Experience in balancing priorities of various stakeholders internally, externally and from different and conflicting interests
- Extensive experience in presenting a complex topic, discussion on complex topic,decision-making facilitation with top level and board level executives
- Experience in developing subordinate's technical capabilities and managerial skill
