- Focus on driving, farming, and maintaining great relationship for key client as we are the Digital agency for them handling all business portfolios. Ensure build strong relationship with different levels of Managers to Marketing Director within key, being core point between clients and all their suppliers, ensuring timely and well managed jobs delivery, overall budget management
- Hit agreed financial targets in gross margin
- Business forecast & account P&L management monthly and yearly
- Acquire/ allocate resources to make this happen including talent and tools

**Requirements**:

- University graduate in any field
- At least 10 years’ experience of client service/ account management, preferably from **_Digital_** **_Agency or Online Marketing Business_**:

- Understand full picture of Digital performance marketing
- Have strong network with clients who are responsible for Digital marketing activity and budget control
- Good with people, able to lead senior level clients and train team members alike
- Clear strategic mind and thinking - able to strategically lead presentations and give solid directions to team and client on how to drive business within digital world to much success
- Proven track record on flawless exceptional and operational capabilities, able to lead project management of jobs
