Drives the business development of the Telemarketing channel for CardX through implementing Transformational initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop strategic initiatives and tactical campaigns to drive the quality metrics of the Telemarketers(TSRs). Work with Bank Partners to uplift the different segments of TSRs and uplifting their productivity through coaching, transferring of FWD next in class best practices. Leads the overall Telemarketing department in conjure with the Bank Partner to drive the overall TSR APE, VNB & PVNB, Active Ratio & MAPA Metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the business development growth of the CardX TSRs distribution through developing and execution of the TSR transformation initiatives with effective field execution plan whilst aligning with company directions.- Designing action plan to increase productivity and minimize leakage & freelook.- Strong partnership with CardX to drive TSRs metrics.- Refreshing product knowledge / skill and objection handling.- Monitor bank protection TSR recruitment, turnover and development trend as well as provide solutions to problems.- Identify manpower insufficiency and competency gap of existing subordinates. Develop and implement team development plan to ensure that team will have adequate competency to run business.- Coaching and growing a team for CardX TSR initiatives.- Manage, control and monitor team to be high discipline, high quality and align with corporate direction and regulation.
Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any fields.- Minimum 10 years' experience in telesales / contact center, which of 3 years' experience in management positions.- Life Insurance License and/or Investment Consultancy License is preferable.- Consistently achieve/exceed sales targets.- Interpersonal skill / communicate effectively.- Good mentoring, coaching and people management skills.- Fluent in English both verbal and written.- Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative.
