Solution Sales Manager

**Job Description**:
Job Responsibility
- Team management: work with the direct report manager to set up a strategy that aligns with the company's business requirements.
- Understand the company's product/solution and have the ability to setup the business plan to drive the company's product/service to market.
- Coaching the team in general and complex deals to make sure all team members have the ability to support the opportunities from BC-Team.
- Setup the learning and/or skill development plan to improve team members skills in technical and soft skills.
- Performance tracking of the team members is done to make sure all of the tasks are on track and to protect against any potential risks that may occur while the project is running.

Qualification
- Knowledge of commonly used Sales and solution selling concepts, practices, policies and procedures
- Strong interest in IT products including technologies associated with the IT and relate market
- Previous experience of requirements gathering, design and solution building and the ability to replicate this in a commercial setting
- Ability to cope under pressure and priorities work accordingly
- People management skills
- understand well about the IT enterprise products /solutions espectally cloud
