**About the position**:
**Principal Accountabilities**:
- Work with Key account manager to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of channels.
- Work with the product development teams ( Agile team ) to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio.
- Work with the post-sale team in handing over any pre-sales efforts.
- Developing solution and design proposal documents to customer according to customer requirement.
- Provides technical solutions to customer.
- In charge of Demo, Presentation, Technical exchange, tracking and fixing technical issue, training sale and customer.
- Complete technical document refer to TOR/training/site-reference etc.
- Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, product, operations, pricing, technology, facilities) to ensure timely and high quality proposal submission
**Qualifications**:
- B.Sc. Computer Science OR Engineering/Telecommunications
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing ICT business deals towards B2B organizations
- Must have very good presentation skills and the ability to articulate technology and infrastructure strengths of DTAC into understandable value propositions for clients/stakeholders
