The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. - Support sub-lead in driving engagement initiatives to improve GMV, order and # of quality commercial videos amongst sellers
- Plan and oversee smooth execution of initiatives related to seller adoption and commercial metrics
- Own activities, rewards, and campaigns to drive GMV and orders from upstream to downstream
- Liaise with internal and external teams to deliver initiatives and performance
- Track and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance
- In charge of artwork, content, and campaign briefing to internal/ external teams
- Ensure sufficient visibilities for initiatives and activities to generate meaningful performance

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of professional relevant working experience. (if has an experience in Project Management fields is a plus)
- Good hands-on experience in project management
- Great communication with the ability to speak fluently to business people, designers, and other stakeholders
- Enjoy collaborative work in a dynamic and data-driven environment
- Self-initiate and can-do attitude person
- Possess analytical and problem solving skills
- Professional English skills (reading / writing / listening / speaking)
