E-commerce - Seller Campaign Planning Senior

As a E-Commerce - Seller Campaign Planning Senior Manager of LINE SHOPPING, your primary goal is to acquire sellers, retain them, and grow their GMV in the LINE SHOPPING platform by developing campaigns and communication strategies, supervising Seller Marketing team members to create execution plans, and coordinating with all stakeholders to run activities efficiently. You will be expected to understand the needs of target sellers and dive deeply into data and performance to drive better performance outcomes and effective marketing activities.
As part of the founding team, you will be encouraged to control target planning and create differentiation in marketing campaigns and communications compared to other platforms by working with all stakeholders, including Merchant Management, Service Experience, and Engineering teams. You will also have to hold multiple responsibilities, be quick to change and adapt, learn quickly according to the fast-moving market needs, and drive lean operational process.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan campaigns and communication strategies to achieve the targets in terms of the number of active sellers, feature adoption rate, and other related key metrics that align with E-Commerce team strategies on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis
- Work closely with E-Commerce Strategy, Merchant Management, Service Experience, Product Owner, and other teams to develop marketing plans, including feature release go-to-market plans, and delegate tasks to the appropriate team members
- Lead the development of campaigns, communications, and marketing activity plans for each project by closely coaching Campaign Planners to be able to initiate, plan, execute, and analyze effectively
- Lead Creative team members and design production agencies to create, deliver, edit, and optimize all marketing materials
- Lead Media Operations team members to build own media channels’ strengths and utilize LINE’s media channels efficiently for delivering the right messages to the right target sellers
- Proactively analyze performance and visualize reports, define areas of improvement, and initiate actions to drive performance
- Analyze marketing funnels and seller segmentation to design user journeys and communication message strategies based on target sellers’ behaviour and needs
- Measure the effectiveness of all marketing activities and assess it against the team’s goals (ROI)
- Identify problems with the working process and develop operational process improvements, including managing team workload
- Monitor Seller Marketing team in day-to-day operations and ad hoc activities
- Make sure that all campaigns and communication materials are ready for launch and display at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
- 5+ years of work experience in Consulting (with projects related to e-commerce platforms, marketing, and brands), Marketing, or Campaign Planning for an e-commerce platform, online/digital department of brand, or SME/SMB department
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies (preferable if the marketing strategies were for merchant/seller acquisition and retention projects)
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans in alignment with overall business objectives
- Strong analytical and numerical skills as well as proficiency in data and performance analysis
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and social media
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and external partners
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service-mindedness
- Solid knowledge of performance analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Ability to query data from database and knowledge in SQL
- Knowledge of graphic design programs and social media management platforms
