**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement CRM strategies to support the brand's objectives, focusing on customer retention, loyalty, and acquisition.
- Plan and oversee CRM campaigns, from conception to analysis, ensuring they align with the brand's marketing goals and customer engagement strategies.
- Leverage Salesforce to optimize campaign planning and execution, including audience targeting, personalized messaging, and campaign effectiveness analysis.
- Collaborate with creative teams to review and support the development of creative briefs, ensuring that messaging and content are tailored to the target audience and CRM objectives.
- Provide recommendations on creative messaging, targeting strategies, and timing of communications to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze CRM campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future strategies.
- Stay abreast of CRM best practices, trends, and technologies, particularly within the automotive or high-investment industries.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies with other marketing and sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in CRM strategy and campaign management, preferably within the automotive or similar high-investment industry.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, with hands-on experience planning and executing campaigns within this platform.
- Excellent understanding of CRM principles, channels, and system/data interdependencies.
- Ability to develop holistic CRM recommendations, including adjustments to creative messaging, target audience segmentation, and communication timing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a regional or global role is a plus.
- Preferable years of related experience 5-10 years
