**What You'll Do**:

- Collaborate with local teams in APAC to meet monthly and yearly creator growth targets
- Utilize data analysis, research, and competitive benchmarking to establish baseline metrics (Views, CPM, Revenue, Channels) and co-develop growth strategies with local teams
- Define and position each market (at market level, channel level, and video level) by working closely with regional operations and local teams to execute effective strategies and action plans
- Regularly monitor and assess local market performance, devising action plans every month/quarter to optimize market penetration efficiency
- Maintain consistent communication with local operations to provide consultation on both domestic and international market development, ensuring optimal performance in assigned countries
- Collaborate effectively with cross-border and cross-functional business units within the company to yield the best outcomes for all parties involved
- Report to Regional Head of Creator Growth

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2+ years experience in an entertainment business (e.g., Content Creator, Social Media and Entertainment Platforms Analysis)
- Proficiency in English both written and speaking
- Having experience in market research and a data-driven approach
- Deeply passionate about content, data and entertainment business
- Structured thinking and a hypothesis-driven approach, comfortable interpreting both data-driven insights and intuitive decision-making.
