**The Role**

The Junior Social Content Strategist is the liaison office between Flywheel, its clients and TikTok/other social commerce platforms the client is selling on. He/She initiate client’s social strategies according to clients’ objectives particularly in growing their social commerce sales revenue—what they’re looking to achieve short-term and long-term and ensuring Intrepid delivers the service level agreement.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Develop overall social commerce, particularly on Tiktok, strategies alongside the brand and as aligned to the marketing/sales strategy, goals, and objectives
- To deliver & perform best on the following KPIs for brand/seller partners, through internal & external coordination with concerned departments:

- Develop the content and creative strategy that align with client’s commercial strategy
- Craft the monthly/quarterly/yearly content calendar, themes, and provide the creative direction for visual executions
- Design live streaming and marketing campaign strategies and sales growth proposals; handle client communications and prepare client reports; and communicate client agendas to other staff members
- Craft live stream script and social media post copywriting
- Identify and manage KOLs and creators that help drive social media objectives
- Liaise with the performance marketing team to optimize traffic/conversion
- Operations capacity and process implementation
- Ensure progressive revenue trend and high overall social media sales performance
- Foster client relationships ensure clients’ needs are met and their voices are heard while coordinating with others and fulfilling the contractual day-to-day duties
- Keep up to date on latest social media trends and able to adapt and execute them at best for the clients
- Minimize client attrition at all costs

**Who we look for - the ideal profile**
- Sales driven with advanced knowledge of social media and social commerce in general, TikTok in particular
- Good foundation in social marketing and live streaming sales experiences
- Creative and entrepreneurial with excellent leadership and project management skills
- Proactive self-starter who understands Intrepid vision & mission
- Excellent negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills (empathy & flexibility)
- Eager to learn with ambition, delicate and be responsible would be plus
