**The Role**

Opportunity for an experienced media strategist to join our team and drive regional media governance across 6 markets: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The Regional Digital Media Strategist role will be based in Thailand.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:
Media Planning & Strategy
- Develop and implement a regional media planning process, including templates and best practices.
- Partner with the Marketing Solution team to build new platform capabilities.

Media Optimization & Reporting
- Develop and implement media plan optimization processes, including templates and best practices.
- Be the voice of the digital marketing team to provide tech stakeholders inputs on standard media planning and SOPs, serving as reference points to further develop Martech and SaaS tools.
- Partner with technical stakeholders to co-define reporting and data capabilities based on the overall needs of the media team.
- Partner with technical stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed when there are changes or updates to the media dashboard.

Governance for Media SOW and SOPs
- Partner with the Regional Head of Digital Media to build and adjust SOW and SOPs for regional media planning and buying.
- Communicate and collaborate with the country Head of Marketing to ensure adoption and compliance with regional standards.

**Who we look for - Ideal Profile**
- Experience in Retail Media, both onsite and offsite, such as Lazada and Shopee Sponsored Solutions is a strong plus.
- Experience in developing media plans and strategies across various channels and platforms, including Meta, Google, Lazada, and Shopee.
- Well-versed in industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in media planning and advertising.
- Analytical skills: Adept at analyzing data, interpreting metrics, and deriving actionable insights to optimize media planning strategies and enhance campaign performance.
- Business acumen: Demonstrates a strong understanding of business principles and market dynamics to assess market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior. Utilizes this knowledge to inform media planning strategies and make data-driven recommendations
