We are now looking for a talent who specialized in _**_CRM experience_**_ in consumer goods to join in global company in regional exposure. _
- The mission of the CRM Manager role is to develop, implement and manage retention marketing tactics with a focus on the end-to-end consumer and product journey to deliver increased purchasing frequency and value to meet business objectives._
- Location: Central Bangkok / Hybrid work _
- Budget: 100K, Fix bonus _
- Qualifications:_
- **_ 6 year's _**_professional experience in consumer-driven companies in either CRM, loyalty, marketing or business development functions with proven results._
- **_ Fluent in English _**_(oral & written)._
- _ University degree in Marketing or related area._
- _ Commercially minded - with strong analytical skills that form the basis of your insights and recommendations._
- Day to day_
- _ Utilize BI, first-party insights, and research to identify opportunities in consumer and product lifecycles for retention and re-engagement marketing tactics._
- _ Advise on personalized targeting content and conduct A/B testing as needed._
- _ Map and maintain consumer touchpoints across channels, developing activation strategies to enhance the consumer experience and monetization opportunities._
- _ Ideate, develop, and execute regionally aligned campaigns, supporting localized consumer journey campaigns with an 80:20 approach._
- _ Analyze data from retention marketing campaigns, report performance insights, and recommend improvements._
- _ Plan, manage, and negotiate third-party engagements for marketing technology and digital consultancy._
- _ Support strategic planning and budget decisions with the Loyalty and Consumer Data Manager._
- _ Collaborate with stakeholders to build and manage personalized messaging campaigns._
- _ Track and report campaign performance, making improvements to reporting processes._
- _ Drive progressive automation of consumer communications and streamline processes._
- _ Stay updated on competitor and industry campaigns to shape the CRM strategy and tactics._
