Regional Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets in the assigned region.

- Work closely with the product development team to understand product offerings and customer needs.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay updated on industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
